• Most frequently consumed commercially prepared ready-to-eat processed foods were identified based on their frequency of consumption (Choudhury et al., 2021).
• The foods included in the study were chips, chanachur, fried peas and pulses, noodles, biscuits, lozenges/lollipops, milk chocolate, chutney, and ice cream.
• Instead of snacking on greasy foods like chips or chanachur, which contain fats that increase cholesterol and your weight, we could opt for food items like nuts that contain monounsaturated fats – the 'good fats' that boost your health and well-being.
